Boksarski treningi za boksarsko podhranjene države

JE TO ZAČETEK KONCA, ALI KONEC ZAČETKA LAŽNEGA PRIKAZOVANJA IDEALNIH RAZMER V SLOVENSKEM BOKSU.
TOLE JE MOČNA ZAUŠNICA S STRANI AIBA-E SLOVENSKI BOKSARSKI ZVEZI KOT SE ČITA IZ TEKSTA.
BO BOKS POSTAVIL NOVE TEMLEJE SLOVENSKIM KONTAKTNIM DISCIPLINAM V PRIHODNJE ALI SE BO ŠE VEDNO SKRIVAL NA OBROBJU BREZ RESNEGA DELA Z MLADIMI, BREZ ŠOLSKIH IN ŠTUDENTSKIH TEKMOVANJ?

June 8, 2009 - The President of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Dr. Ching-Kuo Wu is extremely proud to launch a ground-breaking initiative encompassing a boxing training camp and the chance for boxers from less-privileged countries to participate in the AIBA World Championships Milan 2009.

For the first time in the history of AIBA, the governing body for boxing will contribute a significant portion of the AIBA Grant Fund towards providing travel, accommodation and boxers' participation in AIBA's premier event for elite athletes as part of AIBA's crucial global development program. The training camp will be held at the world class Italian National Boxing Training Centre in Assisi, Italy from August 10-26.

"One of my missions as AIBA President is to raise the quality of boxing tournaments regardless of the economic or political situation in the respective country," Dr. Wu said. "This initiative is a significant step towards realising this goal and I am very pleased to be contributing towards the betterment of boxing all round.

"It is unfortunate that we cannot cover all the federations within the AIBA family however, I know I can count on the full support and understanding of the countries which are not including in this very exciting project for AIBA and international boxing."

A total of 100 boxers across five continents will be selected based on a strict selection process carried out by each of the respective AIBA Continental Confederations.

The boxers will be selected from 77 countries based on the list of Low Economic Countries.
